In our web site, we do not require you providing any of your personal information. We only collect your email address if you explicitly choose to receive information from us and give us your email address. 

 

We do collect several types of information specific to you to maintain your membership account.

When registering as a member to our service, we will ask you to select a Log-in Name and Password. We recommend that you do not divulge your Password to anyone. We will never ask you for your Password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. Also, remember to log off and close your browser window when you have finished using the service.

 

In case you forget your Log-in Name, you can choose to provide a Log-in Prompt, which is used to remind you of your Log-in Name. When you log-in later, you can type the Log-in Prompt in, the server will display all the possible Log-in Names. You can choose yours from them.

 

In case you forget your password, you can choose to provide a Password Prompt, which is used to remind you of your password. When you log-in later, you can input your Log-in Name first and then ask for the Password Prompt, the server will display your Password Prompt for your Log-in Name. Then you should be able to remember your password.

We recommend that you carefully choose the prompts. It is your responsibility to ensure nobody else could relate the prompts to your Log-in Name and Password.

You will only receive email from Laurelsoft Ltd. if you have sent your email address to us from web page on our site. If you are currently on our list and would prefer not to receive further information from us, you can cancel your consent on the web page on our site.

However, by uploading your materials onto our server, you are granting to us the free permission to access, view, copy, move, or survey these materials. We need the permission to manage our server for better and secure service for all the subscribers. We will not intentionally permit any third parties to access your materials.

 

 

Use of Non-Personal and Aggregate Information

 

Our definition of Personal Information does not include “aggregate” information. Aggregate information is statistical data about use of our products, services, or web sites, such as how many times one of our web pages was visited from a country. Click-stream data is information collected by our servers when you request pages from our Site. Click-stream data may include such information as the page served, the time, the source of the request, the type of browser making the request, the preceding page view, and other such Non-Personal Information.
